Nice unobstructed shot of the Troupe Howell Bridge, the South side in foreground is open and ready for deck plates and support wires, the North side remains and carries traffic from Route 490 over the Genesee River. Note that the rust colored support beamis visible in previous photos on http://rocpic.com are now gone.
